The Chapter actively supports four ROTC programs at 2 universities in West Tennessee; University of Memphis and University of Tennessee, Martin.

Each year, the top students from the ROTC unit at the universities are honored with MOAA Leadership Awards and many are presented by Chapter members. Pictures of award presentations can be found in Photos.

Our goal is for every school to receive coordination and we would like your support.  Here's what a MOAA ROTC Support Coordinator is responsible for:

• • Establish and maintain a positive and supportive relationship with the ROTC instructors within your support area.
  • Identify and coordinate your ROTC unit(s) needs with MOAA.
  • Annually, provide the MOAA ROTC award sets to the ROTC units within your area. (MOAA ROTC award sets will be provided to you.)
  • Annually, attend or arrange for other MOAA members to attend the annual ROTC unit awards ceremonies and present the MOAA ROTC awards. Provide photo(s) of the awards presentation(s) to the chapter.
