    SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATIONS and EXPERIENCE In-depth experience in national security affairs, law enforcement, police and investigative services. Broad ranging travel experiences representing the US government and private industry.   Experienced in all-source strategic intelligence analysis, security management, and asset protection. Specific in-country experience, training, and language skills as a Soviet/Russian Foreign Area Officer. Experienced in high level Army, Joint and Allied military staff work specializing in nuclear arms control inspections and assessments, diplomatic missions including verification of nuclear and conventional arms control treaties, and humanitarian relief operations. Mr. Bronstein supported the Department of the Navy (DON) Critical Infrastructure Protection (CIP) program as Manager of the CIP Installation Assurance Team. Initiatives included development of Department level assessment protocols for force protection/anti-terrorism, computer network defenses, commercial dependencies, and consequence management

    1996- February 2002, Service Delivery Manager, Unisys Corporation, Reston, VA. Mr. Bronstein assisted in numerous business development efforts that expanded Unisys Corporation business opportunities in federal marketplace

    1992-1996, Branch Chief, On-Site Inspection Agency, Washington, D.C. As a senior U.S. Government representative, Mr. Bronstein led over 25 nuclear arms control treaty mission inspections and investigations in Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, and Kazakhstan. Each mission consisted of leading 10-person teams to perform on-site nuclear arms control inspections, investigations,  and assessments to verify compliance with nuclear arms reduction treaties. He escorted Russian inspection teams while performing similar functions at strategic nuclear facilities throughout the United States. He established Arms Control Implementation Units at U.S. Embassies in Minsk, Belarus, and in Almaty, Kazakhstan to advise US Ambassadors on arms control policy and issues. He taught inspection, investigation, and escort procedures to US inspectors and base representatives. He assisted in the extraction of dangerous fissile materials from Kazakhstan during Operation Sapphire. On behalf of US State Department he conducted humanitarian relief operations in Russia, Armenia, and Azerbaijan.
